Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal users of the company’s services, identify and localize errors, and ensure access to the necessary data and tools.
- Administrate platforms for analytics and marketing teams, assisting the automation team in maintaining their efficiency and availability.
- Collaborate with external vendors’ technical support to resolve more complex issues and improve system performance.
- Analyze data for anomalies and discrepancies.
